For the eleventh year, Oxygen provides full-scale event management and production

We are really proud to work with the International Advertising Association having just provided full-scale event management and production. Oxygen designed, created and produced the IAA Summer Ball for the eleventh year working closely with the social committee and their sponsors to transform the Hurlingham Club into a Secret Garden for their annual Summer Ball. 

Working to each sponsors brief, we created Interactive areas within the venue including a beautiful green fresh flower wall photo opportunity with accents of purple flowers popping through, and a stunning foliage bar with bespoke branding complete with mixologists mixing Mojito’s, a blueberry mojito. 

From concept to creation, the venue was truly transformed into a secret garden party, the icing on the cake were the fresh florals hanging over the dance floor which on arrival, guests passed through and later provided a stunning backdrop for guests to party to Beats Boutique a DJ, Percussion and Sax trio.
