[10-11] Carlton House has added to its impressive venue spaces in Central London, creating the Carlton Virtual Studio. The space can accommodate up to 15 people in person for live and engaging meetings or corporate events as well as remote live streaming to thousands within a luxury backdrop. 

Oxygen has installed an incredibly high standard of AV tech into the studio with a 5-person AV team to manage high quality broadcasts.

Oxygen is working in line with [10-11] Carlton House Terrace’s official COVID secure accreditation to ensure events and meetings are delivered safely within public health guidelines. 10-11 Carlton House have the Good to Go mark, AIM Secure accreditation and have been accredited as one of Hire Space’s Safer Events venues and measures required have been taken in the Carlton Studio to facilitate a safe return to events. 

The studio will enable clients and event planners to utilise the space to support their digital events, making a safe return to events and reaching the widest possible audience.

Majestic Wine Virtual Award Show & Staff Entertainment

The perfect virtual event platform for Majestic Wine to thank their staff

Christmas parties are the perfect opportunity for companies to thank and reward their staff and enhance their employer reputation, but what do companies do when December is the peak business trading month? Added to that how can you bring a workforce together, motivate teams and reward success with social distancing in place? 

Last month our Virtual Event offering provided the perfect platform for Majestic Wine to thank their staff for a year that saw new innovations and expectations exceeded, providing an experience that left every member of staff feeling valued and motivated for the new challenges of 2021. 

Oxygen’s dedicated virtual production team, produced and planned an Award Show for 1300 people at The Steel Yard. The Award show and party was hosted by the fun and loveable wine expert, Olly Smith who raised a virtual glass with everyone at home and shared his love of wine. Britains Got Talent winner, Richard Jones performed his visual, cutting edge magic tailored specially for Majestic Wine. 1300 hampers were delivered to all the staff before the show.  

The show was followed up with an after party in separate multiple break out rooms for each department for a chance to everyone to catch up after party. 

Staff feedback included “Thank you all so much for all your efforts! The best zoom party imagined! And “Thanks for a wonderful time, much enjoyed!”

The virtual event will provide you with the perfect opportunity to engage and connect with clients or staff, whilst aligning your brand with the highlight of the National Hunt Racing calendar.

Presented by ex jockeys, David Crosse and Noel Fehily, we will be taking you through the race card, the highlights of the week and former past glories (and falls) before opening the floor to a live Q & A session.

Tim Vaughan, leading race horse trainer will also be joining us to give us his thoughts as a leading trainer and all the highs and lows of getting his horses to the race track.


Before the exclusive in-depth talk, you will have the opportunity to host your guests in your very own private virtual booth. Our virtual rooms can host up to 200 guests and give you the freedom to deliver your own content, such as market recaps, new product launches, round tables and investor discussions, or you can simply use the virtual space to network and reconnect. 

After the insightful discussion from the legends of the sport you and your guests can return back to your own private virtual booth to continue the conversation as you wish.

11:30 am: Tim Vaughan, leading race trainer, discussion and live Q&A. 

12:00 noon: Option to return to private booth and continue your discussion with your guests

1:00 pm: End

A beautiful intimate wedding at Kew Gardens under COVID19 restrictions

Tom and Lizzie held their beautiful intimate wedding at Kew Gardens under Government COVID19 restrictions with 15 of their closest friends and family.

The ceremony and wedding breakfast were both held in the stunning surroundings of the Nash Conservatory, a truly breath-taking venue and Lizzie and Tom ensured the day was filled with so much love, laughter, personal touches and pretty details including a beautiful meadow aisle under the backdrop of a beautiful autumn day. The venue acted as the perfect centre stage for their very special day.

We feel truly honoured to be part of people’s special days and being involved in a micro wedding makes us incredibly proud to do what we do, adding the finishing touches to carefully planned details and being able to watch these moments come to life.

We can’t wait to continue to work with more couples and more special moments!

There are three different spaces in which you can host your event; Gallery 1, Gallery 2 and The Stables Gallery.
