The virtual event will provide you with the perfect opportunity to engage and connect with clients or staff, whilst aligning your brand with the highlight of the National Hunt Racing calendar.

Presented by ex jockeys, David Crosse and Noel Fehily, we will be taking you through the race card, the highlights of the week and former past glories (and falls) before opening the floor to a live Q & A session.

Tim Vaughan, leading race horse trainer will also be joining us to give us his thoughts as a leading trainer and all the highs and lows of getting his horses to the race track.


Before the exclusive in-depth talk, you will have the opportunity to host your guests in your very own private virtual booth. Our virtual rooms can host up to 200 guests and give you the freedom to deliver your own content, such as market recaps, new product launches, round tables and investor discussions, or you can simply use the virtual space to network and reconnect. 

After the insightful discussion from the legends of the sport you and your guests can return back to your own private virtual booth to continue the conversation as you wish.

Because fine wine and dinning has always been as much as the experience as the sport itself, we have a range of wine case and hamper upgrades available to compliment the event and make a lasting impression throughout the whole festival.

9:00 am: Login process begins – Meet & Greet – Please ensure your guests login as early as possible to avoid delay.

9:30 am: Private booth – deliver your own content for 1 hour

10:30 am: David Crosse and Noell Fiehly discussion and live Q & A

11:30 am: Tim Vaughan, leading race trainer, discussion and live Q&A. 

12:00 noon: Option to return to private booth and continue your discussion with your guests

1:00 pm: End

A beautiful intimate wedding at Kew Gardens under COVID19 restrictions

Tom and Lizzie held their beautiful intimate wedding at Kew Gardens under Government COVID19 restrictions with 15 of their closest friends and family.

The ceremony and wedding breakfast were both held in the stunning surroundings of the Nash Conservatory, a truly breath-taking venue and Lizzie and Tom ensured the day was filled with so much love, laughter, personal touches and pretty details including a beautiful meadow aisle under the backdrop of a beautiful autumn day. The venue acted as the perfect centre stage for their very special day.

We feel truly honoured to be part of people’s special days and being involved in a micro wedding makes us incredibly proud to do what we do, adding the finishing touches to carefully planned details and being able to watch these moments come to life.

We can’t wait to continue to work with more couples and more special moments!

The Household Cavalry Museum is located within the historic setting of Horse Guards in Whitehall, central London. The museum offers a unique venue for private drinks parties or receptions for 25 – 100 guests and dining for up to 40.

There are three different spaces in which you can host your event; Gallery 1, Gallery 2 and The Stables Gallery.
