Supporting digital events and making a safe return to live events
[10-11] Carlton House has added to its impressive venue spaces in Central London, creating the Carlton Virtual Studio. The space can accommodate up to 15 people in person for live and engaging meetings or corporate events as well as remote live streaming to thousands within a luxury backdrop.
Oxygen has installed an incredibly high standard of AV tech into the studio with a 5-person AV team to manage high quality broadcasts.
Oxygen is working in line with [10-11] Carlton House Terrace’s official COVID secure accreditation to ensure events and meetings are delivered safely within public health guidelines. 10-11 Carlton House have the Good to Go mark, AIM Secure accreditation and have been accredited as one of Hire Space’s Safer Events venues and measures required have been taken in the Carlton Studio to facilitate a safe return to events.
The studio will enable clients and event planners to utilise the space to support their digital events, making a safe return to events and reaching the widest possible audience.

A beautiful intimate wedding at Kew Gardens under COVID19 restrictions
Tom and Lizzie held their beautiful intimate wedding at Kew Gardens under Government COVID19 restrictions with 15 of their closest friends and family.
The ceremony and wedding breakfast were both held in the stunning surroundings of the Nash Conservatory, a truly breath-taking venue and Lizzie and Tom ensured the day was filled with so much love, laughter, personal touches and pretty details including a beautiful meadow aisle under the backdrop of a beautiful autumn day. The venue acted as the perfect centre stage for their very special day.
We feel truly honoured to be part of people’s special days and being involved in a micro wedding makes us incredibly proud to do what we do, adding the finishing touches to carefully planned details and being able to watch these moments come to life.
We can’t wait to continue to work with more couples and more special moments!

Tonight we will be supporting the #WeMakeEvents Global Action Day which is taking place over 25 countries. New Zealand will kick off proceedings at 8pm local time. (8am UK time) and from there will pass the baton around the world.
#WeMakeEvents is campaigning the government for significant financial support for the people and companies in the events sector supply chain, to reflect the ongoing lockdown of live events and pathways for getting our industry back to work.
We are joining in coming together with our industry to Stand As One for the Global Day of Action at 8pm tonight and will #LightInRed Freemasons Hall to show that the industry is on red alert and needs urgent support. We do this to show people what will be lost if we allow this creative, vibrant, and cultural industry to fall.

We have been working with 116 Pall Mall for over a year providing lighting, audio and audio visual services to the venue. On site, we have a talented team working to service the venue’s constant requirements. 116 Pall Mall have been running a ‘Heads and hearts behind 116’ series and have featured our very own Henry and Paris from our in-house event production team.

Wednesday and Thursday this week saw the venue open its doors for the very first time to showcase its new and exciting event space, situated in a vaulted sub-basement with the original rails.
Guests were treated to a thrilling ride on the much-anticipated “Mail Rail”, along with delicious canapés from Clerkenwell Green. The Postal Museum also asked guests to write a letter to themselves which the Postal Museum will post in a years time. We provided beautiful lighting to enhance the space, audio, av and furniture including a beautiful circular mirror bar.
The Postal Museum and Mail Rail is ideally located in Clerkenwall, offers the opportunity for clients and guests to step back in time and enjoy a truly original immersive experience which takes you on a literal journey through the history of communication. Perfect for product launches, award ceremonies, networking, fashion show, dinners, and receptions.

Oxygen kicks off a new exciting venue partnership relationship with a conference for Sky Media
Oxygen has been working closely with Street Feast at their Hawker House venue, a warehouse style event space. We were asked to produce a conference set for Sky’s ‘Media Forum’ for 400 delegates, the first such event to be held in the venue.
We designed and produced an eye catching conference which highlighted the urban architecture of the venue. All staging elements were designed and built in house and our services included included lighting, audio, AV, staging and stage set.
Following the days conference, a beach party was created in the outdoor car park space. Delegates were treated to a selection of Street Feast’s famous street food vendors including B.O.B’s Lobster and Meat Hock whilst the space was themed with sand and deck chairs. Delegates were entertained by a DJ and steel band.
This was a fantastic chance for us to produce an event in this space, as our newest venue partner. We love the flexibility that the space has to offer, it offers clients the ability to have a lot of fun with their briefs to create inspiring events.
We have been making the making the most of the Great British Summer Time throughout the summer season at Kew Gardens, delivering a number of events ranging from corporate summer parties to stunning summer weddings.
Some of the highlights have included a summer party for Wella Hair working alongside Ampersand, complete with festoon and colourful paper lanterns, colourful summer lighting and outdoor furniture which all came together to create a summer festival feel within the venue for a cocktail reception.
Working with Lucy Franks Wedding Co-ordinator we created a 1920s themed wedding. Soft floral lighting projections created a canopy across the ceiling which was complimented with soft amber up lighting to the room. The 1920s themed band played alongside a DJ and working alongside the brief of keeping it simple but impactful, we designed a bespoke LED moving light rig which really upped the tempo and looked stunning.
The bride sent a big thank you from her honeymoon in Hawaii “I wanted to drop you a note to say a big thank you for the fabulous lighting and production you created for our wedding last Sunday. It all looked stunning and the lighting worked beautifully, especially the leaf projections on the ceiling of the Orangery. We had a wonderful day and we’re very pleased with how it all came together.”
President Obama’s Town Hall Address to 500 young UK leaders as part of his farewell tour
After a formal tender process Oxygen were selected, by the American Embassy, to produce the event with just 4 days’ notice. The event was a Town Hall address at Lindley Hall in which President Obama addressed 500 young UK leaders. Extensive staging, lighting and audio were required whilst being acutely aware of the security aspects of the event.
As a part of his London trip Obama spoke at the Town Hall event of the successes and frustrations of his presidency and his hopes for the future before throwing the floor open to questions from his young audience.
Working alongside Lindley Hall, Oxygen provided lighting, audio, staging, flags and furniture as well as a power distribution package and two synchronized 250kva generators all with just 4 days’ notice.
