Gordon Dadds Christmas Party

Christmas at Lindley Hall with bespoke theming and draping.

Oxygen was contracted by the caterer Bubble Food who provided a full event management service. We installed a 12m circular truss to the centre of the room with drape sails, made bespoke, pulled from the truss to the venue walls. Each drape was lit and festoon was hung between each sail to create a big top effect.

A circular mirror bar was installed centrally underneath the big top and tables were set around the space, this created a reception area within the middle of the room.

Circus entertainment was supplied to engage and entertain the guests throughout the evening and a DJ and black and white dance floor was set up for dancing.

In 2019, we worked with Bubble once again in the much larger Lawrence Halls, an RHS Horticultural Halls venue next door designing and delivering a Charlie and The Chocolate Factory theme.

Garmin Fashion Show

A full fashion show with seated theatre style for 200 people, and pop up activations around the room for an evening event.

The White Company Annual Conference 2018 & 2019

A two-day conference for The White Company in April to include a cabaret style conference, a fashion show and a seated banquet dinner – Working to rigorous brand guidelines

Lindley Hall was chosen for the event due to its central London location, its reputation for luxury brand products and its blank-canvas white walls. The White Company founder Chrissie Rucker MBE attended the event and presented awards to her team during dinner.

The conference stage set was designed to include a central stage with branded visuals hung behind and a stage set either side flanking the stage for powerpoint and video content throughout the event. This created a relaxed set up to allow the delivery of the brands business goals for the year to flow so that the speaker felt closer to staff.

We installed a large white drape to section off the room to create a reception and main plenary space. Beautiful white lighting created a calming space. Furniture was provided for the dinner and reception space.
On day one of the event, 184 delegates were treated to a tableside fashion show of next season’s clothing collections beneath The Lindley Hall’s Edwardian glass vaulted ceiling, which provided an abundance of natural light.

Services included:
• Full AV technical production for a conference
• Stage & set
• Reception drape
• Furniture

Town Hall Address President Barack Obama

President Obama’s Town Hall Address to 500 young UK leaders as part of his farewell tour

After a formal tender process Oxygen were selected, by the American Embassy, to produce the event with just 4 days’ notice. The event was a Town Hall address at Lindley Hall in which President Obama addressed 500 young UK leaders. Extensive staging, lighting and audio were required whilst being acutely aware of the security aspects of the event.

As a part of his London trip Obama spoke at the Town Hall event of the successes and frustrations of his presidency and his hopes for the future before throwing the floor open to questions from his young audience.
Working alongside Lindley Hall, Oxygen provided lighting, audio, staging, flags and furniture as well as a power distribution package and two synchronized 250kva generators all with just 4 days’ notice.

“As I mentioned Saturday, we cannot thank you enough for your help in making the town hall event come off so smoothly, and I hope Oxygen and the Embassy will get to work together again in the future.”

Wharton University Global Tour

Engaging with successful alumni in a uniquely presented and informal way

The London show hosted 200 guests and incorporate a unique video format, staging and display platform. High level business presentations preceded questions to the panel from the guests.

Oxygen integrated a 16ft circular stage, scalloped stretch fabric backdrop and branded the main feature with LED video wall panels, hung from truss goalposts either side of the stage.  Oxygen also produced on brand lighting to the stage, set and room, and a crystal clear Nexo audio system was rigged with the show lighting to the ceiling truss, in order to keep clean lines to the room, ensuring multi camera shot footage was beautifully presented.

The full installation, show and de-rig was completed within just 11 hours.

“This was the fourth of seven scheduled events; I can honestly say it was by far the most seamless, fluid installation and also the best, most impressive set of them all. You exceeded my expectations. The lighting effects were perfect. Your team was a pleasure to work with and your attention to detail was incredible. My clients were very happy and impressed. Oxygen had really done their homework, and you made it look so easy. Forgive my Yank expression but everything was awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anybody. I hope we can work together again because it really was a wonderful experience.”

IAA Summer Ball

Working with the International Advertising Association for over 7 years, producing their annual Summer and Christmas events.

Each year there is a different theme ranging from 1920s through to this year’s Cirque de la publicitié.

The Hurlingham Club was transformed into a circus theme with an elaborate lighting design for the dining area, venue and dance floor and the columns were draped with red and white fabric. Guests were entertained by a sponsored green screen circus themed photo op, circus entertainment and the night was finished off with a talented London DJ.

“Thanks to you and your team for a great event tonight. I got lots of compliments tonight on how much people enjoyed the event. You and your team were as professional as ever.”

ESSO Synergy Launch

Working with agency Weber Shandwick to produce and deliver the Esso Synergy Launch

Working closely with the venue, who operate as a museum during the day, we worked out a detailed installation schedule to achieve the brief.

The installation was split across an overnight build and early access on the day of the event. We built a seamless 13m long screen and 3 x 20K Barco Flex projectors were blended across a seamless super wide screen with a total resolution of 4334 x 1200. The specially produced content was supported with one of Jeff Wayne’s own arrangements re-worked for the content. Entertainment was provided by a special performance from Britain’s Got Finalists UDI who use UVI light to produce a dynamic visual show.

High End Awards Show

Oxygen installed a large double screen all white 3D set. Projected onto the centre of the set was a large Mines and Money logo. The set was lit using a series of carefully hidden LED battens allowing us to colour change throughout the evening. The room was beautifully lit from profile fixtures on the two truss sections hung from the ceiling, and LED moving lights brought excitement and movement into the room.
