Providing top down full production management of multi-day 300 strong conferences of the most senior members of a global insurance firm

Every element planned to perfection across multiple venues

Taking over complete management, Oxygen planned and executed two global leader’s conferences in three months. Working to achieve the best for a clientele with impeccable professional standards we transformed the Hilton Docklands and Hilton Park Lane for the conferences. The set and AV was creatively designed in a tiered horse shoe shape to create an open forum for discussions whilst no stage was used. A projection overlay technique was used to create both the moving, changing set design and the power point.

The gala dinners took place in Lindley Hall and Christ Church, Spitalfields both transformed to create a stunning setting.
