We are thrilled to announce that Alexandra and Peter’s stunning wedding at Hedsor House has been featured on The Lane! Last summer, our team at Oxygen Event Services Ltd collaborated closely with Willow and Oak Events to bring this destination wedding to life, meticulously planning and executing every detail to ensure a flawless experience for the couple and their guests, many of whom travelled from the United States.

Elevating the ceremony with seamless production

The ceremony was held on the manicured south lawn of Hedsor House, overlooking the picturesque valley beyond. To enhance this stunning setting, our team designed and installed a discreet sound system that was seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape. Hidden within the box hedging, the system delivered crystal-clear audio without obstructing the breathtaking views, allowing the couple’s vows and the ceremony’s music to resonate beautifully across the garden.

Innovative reception design and production

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a lively cocktail hour, a sophisticated dinner in the Ballroom, and a dynamic dance party in The Central Hall. At Oxygen, we played a crucial role in bringing these moments to life, delivering a range of production services tailored to the unique needs of each part of the celebration.

For the reception, Willow and Oak Events reimagined the traditional setup, opting to frame the dance floor around the grand door and columns of The Central Hall. Our team took this vision to the next level by carefully curating the lighting design to highlight the venue’s architectural splendour. We installed custom lighting solutions that not only illuminated the space but also enhanced the 1920s-inspired ambiance that the couple desired. The warm, inviting hues we selected for the dance floor created a captivating atmosphere that encouraged guests to dance the night away.

To further elevate the reception space, the floral team integrated the aisle flowers into the stage design by adding additional meters of lush foliage to Hedsor’s Italianate columns, blending natural beauty with architectural elegance, ensuring the entire venue exuded timeless sophistication.
