Last month, I had the incredible opportunity to design and lead on the production for the prestigious ‘Meet the Makers’ event, hosted by the Harvey & Brockless. Held at the iconic Freemasons Hall in Covent Garden, this event brought together 60 exhibitor stalls, showcasing the finest craftsmanship and innovation in the artisanal and fine food industry.

Power management for exhibitor stalls

Upstairs in the vestibules, our team expertly managed event power for exhibitor stalls. Ensuring that each exhibitor had the necessary resources, from lighting to equipment, was crucial for them to showcase their offerings effectively. Our meticulous attention to power management allowed exhibitors to focus on presenting their products, knowing that all technical aspects were handled flawlessly.

Masterclass sessions: A culinary spectacle

Downstairs, amidst the bustling atmosphere, we orchestrated masterclass sessions that truly stole the show. Delivering top-notch audio experiences was our priority, ensuring every attendee could hear the culinary magic happening on stage. Our setup included two cameras: one capturing close-up shots of the chefs’ expert techniques, and the other providing a wide-angle view of the entire preparation area. This comprehensive coverage ensured that no detail was missed, offering attendees an immersive and informative experience.

Drawing from the rejuvenating essence of spring, the event’s design captured the crispness of the season through breathtaking floral arrangements, elegant table settings, and a menu that delighted both the palate and the eyes.
