Take the next step in your events career.

Oxygen Event Services is looking for a confident and organised Event Project Co-ordinator to join our team full time. This role is ideal for someone who has gained some hands-on experience in the production events world—perhaps at a production agency, crewing company, or venue, and is now ready to take their career to the next level.

We’re a small but experienced team, working on some of London’s most exciting private and corporate events. This role will give you the opportunity to build on your existing production knowledge, gain exposure to the full event cycle, and work closely with experienced project managers to deepen your skills.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key supporting role across the business, helping our project managers plan and deliver live events. Your time will be split between our warehouse and office in Wimbledon, where you’ll help prepare and maintain equipment, assist with logistics and planning, and develop your understanding of AV and production systems. You’ll also support with on-site installation and delivery—gaining first-hand experience of what it takes to deliver high-standard events from start to finish. As your confidence grows, you’ll be given more responsibility, including opportunities to work directly with clients and event partner.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with some prior experience in live events—this might be from a junior role at a production agency, working as crew, or supporting events at a venue. You’ll already have a basic understanding of lighting, audio, and video setups, and be keen to build on it. You’ll be reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable managing your own time across multiple priorities. A team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, you’ll be equally happy in the warehouse, on-site, or behind a desk. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a clean UK driving licence (applicants must be 21 or over due to insurance) are essential.

Why join Oxygen?

At Oxygen, you’ll be joining a tight-knit, supportive team that values professionalism, creativity, and initiative. We’ll help you build on your existing knowledge, expose you to new challenges, and give you the space to carve out your own path in the business. We work on high-profile events at some of London’s most iconic venues—and we’re proud of the detail and care we bring to every job. Weekend work is sometimes required, but we offer paid overtime or time off in lieu in return.

How to apply

To apply, please email your CV and a short cover letter explaining:

  • Where you’ve gained your experience in live events
  • What areas of production you’re keen to develop further
  • Why this role at Oxygen appeals to you
