Location: South Wimbledon
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000

Join the team behind some of London’s most iconic events.
Oxygen Event Services is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Event Project Manager to lead the delivery of AV and event production solutions across a wide range of prestigious events and venues. From glamorous private celebrations to high-profile corporate experiences, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team trusted by clients to deliver exceptional results.
This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your career in the live events sector, working alongside passionate industry professionals and gaining hands-on experience at the cutting edge of event production.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to person from start to finish—handling client enquiries, shaping their ideas into creative, well-costed proposals, and keeping projects moving smoothly through the pipeline. From building detailed specifications and logistics schedules to leading crews on site, you’ll ensure every event runs like clockwork. You’ll represent Oxygen on the ground, working closely with venues and suppliers to deliver flawless experiences. After each event, you’ll help review what went well and where we can improve, while also supporting the senior team with reporting and ideas for growth. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same—and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.
What we’re looking for
We’re after a self-motivated organiser with a solid background in live event production. You’ll bring experience working across lighting, audio, and video setups, and feel just as comfortable behind a spec sheet as you do on site. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects, great with clients, and able to thrive under pressure. Communication comes easily, your attention to detail is second nature, and you know how to problem-solve on the fly. You’ll need to be a team player who’s happy to take the lead when needed. A clean UK driving licence is essential, and due to insurance requirements, you must be aged 21 or over.
What we can offer
At Oxygen, you’ll be part of a small, passionate team where your ideas are heard and your impact is felt. We work on exciting, high-profile events at some of London’s most prestigious venues, and no two days are the same. As a growing business, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership—this role would suit a true self-starter. Career development here isn’t boxed in; it’s shaped by you. Show initiative, bring your ideas to the table, and there’s real opportunity to carve out your own path. In return, we offer a competitive salary, overtime pay, time off in lieu for weekend work, and a supportive, collaborative working environment where professionalism and creativity go hand in hand.
