FTSE100 Conferences: Sustainable AV & Event Production

Oxygen recently had the privilege of showcasing our expertise in event planning and production for a FTSE100 company. Our task was to design and deliver an exceptional audio-visual setup for a series of four partner conferences at the luxurious Fairmont in Windsor. These corporate events spanned three nights each week for four weeks, presenting a dynamic and exciting challenge.

Our mission was clear: create a memorable welcome experience with a custom show reel video, ensure flawless technical execution across various event components, and integrate sustainability into every aspect of the event production, particularly in power management.

Each conference began with a personalised welcome address, enhanced by a bespoke show reel video that we meticulously crafted. This set the stage for a unique and engaging experience right from the start. We installed a stunning 10m x 4m LED screen that showcased custom content, perfectly aligning with the client’s brand values and delivering impactful messages.

Following the opening address, attendees were treated to dinner on The Fairmont’s Terrace and a number of workshops. The business workshops were equipped with state-of-the-art staging, lighting, and audio solutions, ensuring seamless communication and engagement throughout the sessions.

One of the highlights of the series was the “Feast-ival,” an evening event on the hotel’s lower lawn featuring live entertainment. This event required meticulous logistical management and was powered by a solar generator. Not only did this green solution power the event, but it also generated an extra 12.3kWh of energy, underscoring our commitment to sustainability.

The gala dinner was another standout moment, designed to transition quickly from the conference setup to an immersive UV light-themed experience. The neon colours created a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, making everything from the tables to the LED wall glow brilliantly. 

Our integration of cutting-edge AV technology and creative content ensured that each corporate event was unique and memorable. The client’s emphasis on sustainability was woven into every aspect of the event, allowing us to minimise the environmental impact while achieving all event goals. 

This project is a testament to Oxygen’s ability to manage complex events with precision and innovation. We delivered a comprehensive service tailored to the unique needs of each conference, exceeding the client’s expectations and demonstrating our expertise in audio-visual solutions, event production, and content creation.
