Seamless execution of multi-day conferences for global insurance firm

Oxygen provided top-down full production management for two multi-day conferences, each hosting 300 senior members of a global insurance firm, within a span of three months. Our meticulous planning and execution ensured that every element was carried out to perfection. Leveraging our expertise in managing events across multiple venues, we seamlessly integrated all aspects of these conferences, including logistics, scheduling, audio-visual equipment, and staging.

With complete management, the two conferences were hosted at the prestigious Hilton Docklands and Hilton Park Lane, where we transformed the venues into immersive and engaging environments for attendees.

Our team’s creative approach was evident in the innovative design of a tiered horseshoe-shaped stage and audio-visual equipment that facilitated open forum discussions without the need for a traditional stage. We utilized a projection overlay technique to create a visually dynamic and engaging set design, seamlessly incorporating PowerPoint presentations.

The gala dinners, held at Lindley Hall and Christ Church, Spitalfields, were equally impressive as we transformed both venues into stunning settings that enhanced the overall ambience of the event through stunning lighting designs.
