Garmin Fashion Show

A high-energy brand activation event

We combined our extensive expertise in AV and venue management to produce a high energy fashion show, featuring bespoke brand activation and 2 x LED walls, created a visually immersive experience for 200 attendees, effectively showcasing the brand in a unique and memorable way.

As we were also representing the venue, careful co-ordination between multiple stakeholders including the event planner, client and ourselves was required. The Steel Yard provides a blank canvas space, was used to create branding throughout the venue, with vinyl murals in the City Bar entrance through to the alcoves in the reception bar, mezzanine and main event space. 

To create a memorable reveal, we installed a reveal drape between the reception and main space, allowing the show to be revealed to be revealed to guests. The catwalk was designed to meet our clients specifications, with a 20ft (wide) x 12ft (deep) with a 4ft (wide) x 24ft (long) catwalk with T-section and black surface and fascia.  

The catwalk was lit with 16 source 4 profiles rigged into the ceiling which effectively highlighted the models and showcased the brands products. Our team also utilised the in-house line array system to provide high-quality sound throughout the event. 

The event featured video content that was shown on the catwalk with 2 x 2.88m (wide) x 1.92m (high) LED walls, creating a visually stunning and engaging experience for guests to watch alongside the highly energetic fashion show. The combination of expert design, high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail allowed us to deliver a flawless event.
